01About this website
Pokerania is a proposed festival combining poker, entertainment and hospitality. This website presents the concept and collects expressions of interest. The operator’s legal identity, postal address and contact details are awaiting confirmation and must be added before these terms are complete.
02An expression of interest, not a booking
Registering interest does not purchase a ticket, reserve a seat, guarantee entry or create a paid event booking. No payment is taken through the interest form. Email updates require your separate affirmative consent.
03Proposed programme and launch
2028 is a proposed launch year, not a confirmed event date. Destination, venues, tournaments, entertainment, hospitality and travel arrangements are subject to confirmation and may change. Concept imagery is illustrative and is not evidence of a confirmed venue, performer or partner.
04Future ticketing and participation
Any future ticket sales or event participation will be subject to separate published booking terms, eligibility requirements, applicable local laws and tournament rules. This website does not provide online gambling or accept gambling deposits. Registering interest does not establish eligibility to participate in a future poker event.
05Responsible use and account security
Submit only accurate details that you are authorised to provide. Do not misuse the forms, attempt unauthorised access or interfere with the website. Admin account holders must keep their sign-in credentials private. Creating an account does not grant access to registration records.

Pokerania branding and website content must not be presented as your own or used to imply an unauthorised partnership. Third-party services reached through external links operate independently and have their own terms and privacy practices.
