Privacy policy
Last updated 1 November 2026
Your interest in Pokerania should never come at the expense of your privacy.
01Who is responsible
This notice covers pokerania.com and its interest-registration service. The legal identity, postal address and privacy-request contact of the Pokerania operator have not yet been provided. These details must be completed before this notice can serve as a complete statutory privacy notice.
02Information we collect
When you register interest, we collect your name, email address, your agreement to receive updates, the version of that agreement and the registration date. Registration is voluntary. The form includes an empty anti-spam field; its contents are not saved as part of your registration.
Admin accounts use an email address, password-based authentication and session information. The website stores your cookie preference on your device. Hosting and authentication services may process technical request data for operation and security.
03Why we use it
We use your registration details to send Pokerania launch and event updates, based on your consent. Cookie-choice acceptance does not subscribe you to emails. Account and technical information are used to operate the service, authenticate authorised administrators and protect the site, based on service necessity and legitimate security interests where applicable.
04Access and service providers
Interest registrations are accessible only to authorised administrators. We do not sell your registration details or use them for third-party advertising. Service providers process information needed to host the site, store registrations and provide secure authentication.
The site uses Lovable Cloud for hosting, registration storage and authentication. Google Fonts supplies the website fonts; your browser connects to Google to retrieve them, which exposes technical request information such as your IP address. Social links open third-party websites only when you select them; those sites apply their own policies.
Provider locations and any applicable international-transfer safeguards still need to be confirmed by the operator. No claim is made here that all processing occurs exclusively in the EEA.
05How long information is kept
Cookie preferences are stored for 180 days unless you clear or replace them sooner. Admin session storage lasts until sign-out, expiry or removal from the browser.
Interest registrations currently have no automatic deletion schedule. The operator must set and document a retention period appropriate to launch updates and arrange deletion when details are no longer needed or consent is withdrawn, subject to applicable legal obligations.
06Your rights and consent
Where applicable, you can request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability, or object to processing. You may withdraw email-update consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing. A verified privacy-request contact must be added by the operator; this website does not yet provide a self-service deletion or unsubscribe tool.
You can change browser-storage choices through Cookie settings. You can also complain to your local data-protection authority, including Datatilsynet in Norway. Cookie preferences do not remove an existing interest registration.
07Updates to this notice
We will update this notice when the service or its processing changes. Material changes that require new consent will be presented separately; existing consent will not be treated as permission for unrelated uses.
